Relax into a Cradle of Sound…
Beth Brown ~ Therapeutic Harpist & Sound Healer
Utilizing the ancient healing tones of the harp and other sound instruments to soothe, calm and comfort those transitioning into, through and out of this world.
The Harp Whisperer
Since ancient times, the harp has been used as an instrument of healing to soothe, relax and comfort those who were in distress, suffering from illness or in transition.
As a therapeutic harpist, Beth is trained to create a “cradle of sound” to match an individual’s breathing pattern, resonant tone, mood and overall body language in order to promote relaxation and wholeness of the body, mind and spirit.
The gentle, yet powerful tones of the harp penetrate and resonate through the body at a cellular level, creating positive change and a soothing sense of inner calm and bliss.
Beth improvises client-specific melodies from the Seven Ancient Modes of healing music. Every improvised melody is created spontaneously according to the momentary needs of each unique individual. Therefore, the client’s energetic and physical constitution determines which key of music, tempo, and mode will be appropriate for that moment. The client is truly the composer of their own well-being.
In harp “sound bath” sessions, other instruments such as singing bowls, ocean drum, shamanic drums, rattles, chimes, bells, voice and PYRADYM™ may be incorporated as well.
